But try to stay still. if there are any aches or pains as you meditate, simply &quot;watch&quot; them. Without judgement. I say, &quot; Oh, now here&#039;s something interesting. Pins and needles in my legs. I shall watch this, but return to my breath as soon as it passes.&quot; All things pass. It&#039;s like life too. The emotional pains and experiences of life will come and go - as will the love and fun stuff. Eventually, even life passes. Meditation says that we should be more aware of it - be more in the moment. Because eventually, even life itself - will pass.</description>
