Telstra sucks big time

You'll get no joy and a long wait calling these anti-competitive guys with a problem. Telstra recently changed their Bpay ID numbers and so I paid my bill into the wrong account. They cut me off for 24 hours and had the audacity to ask for a $50 re-connection fee when (after 45 minutes) I finallly got through and complained.
