Two months ago I joined www.originalbootcamp.com.au and I’ve lost 4-5 kgs. Probably because I get up every Mon, Wed and Fri at 5am, cycle for 40 mins to King’s Park, run around like a mad dog for one hour and ride back. Dad used to jog.
